- Polytechs sales, technical and management teams.
- Companies of the group Polytechs belongs to, where needed for a project.
- Processors: Lovable (hosting); the Lovable Cloud backend provider (database, storage, functions); Google (Analytics, only if you consent); LinkedIn (only if you consent).
Leads may be imported into our customer relationship management (CRM) software.

We prefer processors and regions located in the European Economic Area.

Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Under French law, you can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
Write to communication@polytechs.fr. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
Files and requests are kept in private storage, data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authorised staff, and IP addresses are never stored in clear (only a hash).
Confidential business information
Please do not upload confidential formulations before an NDA is signed. Trade secrets are protected under articles L151-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code and by the NDA.
